Stay away.
Their customer service is horrible. After 2 years in good standing, I paid an invoice late and they hit me with an outrageous late charge. My inquiries about it went unanswered by corporate. I contacted the local office manage, Liz, and this was her response:
"Late Payment penalties have not been waived and they have denied my request since payment for your invoice 303-8216 has still not been received. I have also been advised to suspend services for non-payment."
Interesting, they suspended my services for non payment but wouldn't answer my inquiries so I could pay my invoice. Horrible.
It would be wrong for me to not mention Kristina and Lauren. They have great attitudes and always provide great service. I don't know why they work for a horrible company.
