Would've shopped elsewhere if I knew what I was getting into.

My fiance liked Tacori rings and Merry Richard's had competitive prices on diamonds and was a Tacori dealer. I ordered a ring and had multiple issues. Mainly (as you can see from attached photos), the diamond was mounted crooked. The ring was shipped to me and I immediately brought it into the store. The worker and their jeweler thought it was fine. Finally the owner saw it and agreed with me.

We sent it back to tacori for repair of the crooked mount and misshapen prongs (not v-shaped). I specifically talked to Merry Richard's again stating that I wanted the orientation/crookedness corrected. They gave the ring back to my fiance crooked. We brought he ring back in for a second time and they had to send it for repair a second time.

In all, I received a ring with a crooked diamond, incorrect prongs, and had to send the ring back multiple times which took several weeks each time. The store worker and jeweler flat out lied to me - stating they thought it was oriented correctly. In total, my fiance went well over a month without her ring as it had to be sent back multiple times, and I had to break the news to her that it would require repair soon after I gave it to her.

I'd much rather have paid more elsewhere. After this review (Nearly a year later....), Merry Richards offered me a gift card. They deleted the photos in my review and I've re-uploaded them.
